• When you transfer a MIDI file to the Instrument in the Phrase Data Transfer Mode, the MIDI file is converted to phrase data
and then transferred to the Instrument.

■ Important!
• Convertible SMF formats are Format 0 and Format 1.
• Any data other than the valid events listed above are ignored.
• HOLD1, SOFT, and SOSTENUTO events are all converted to the same PEDAL event.
• During playback of the data on the Instrument, playback is performed in accordance with the Pedal contents specified by
the Performance Mode.
• FilterCutOff is converted to a KNOB1 event.
• FilterResonance is converted to a KNOB2 event.
• AttackTime is converted to a KNOB3 event.
• ReleaseTime is converted to a KNOB4 event.
• During playback of the data on the Instrument, playback is performed in accordance with the K1 through K4 contents
specified by the Performance Mode.
