The wrist strap protects the Data Collector from being damaged as a result of it being

dropped by mistake during movement.

Follow the procedure below to attach the wrist strap.

To attach the wrist strap

1 Pass the thin end of the wrist strap through

the metal hand strap mount on the bottom

side of the Data Collector.

2 Double the strap back through its own loop,

and pull it tight.

Important! • Never swing the Data Collector around by its wrist strap.
