REMOVING/REPLACING

MICROCASSETTE

If it becomes necessary to remove or replace

the microcassette be sure to play messages

first.

Gently lift the tape out from the left side.

INSTALL

a new microcassette.

BATTERY

THIS UNIT IS SHIPPED WITH THE

HANDSET BATTERY PACK

INSTALLED.

Press

ON/OFF

to turn the machine on.

RE-RECORD

your outgoing message

(see page 6).

If it becomes necessary to replace the battery

pack:

1

Press down on the battery compartment

cover and slide it toward the bottom of the

handset.

Install the new battery pack with the red

wire on the right side of the black wire

(see drawing.)

Replace the battery cover by sliding it up

from the bottom.

Place the handset in the base unit and

charge the battery pack for 12-15 hours.

(3.6 volts 250 - 300 mAh.)
